Staggered Romanian Deadlift

Commonly referred to as the “B-Stance” RDL, the staggered RDL is an alternative movement to the single-leg Romanian deadlift. The RDL is useful to learn the hinge. This variation can be especially effective for individuals who have difficulty finding balance in the SL RDL.

We recommend programming this exercise at 3-4 sets of 5-15 repetitions.
