Lateral Lying Reverse Dumbbell Flies (Copy)

The Lat. Lying Rev. DB Flies are a great isometric exercise to isolate contractions of the smaller rotator cuff muscles. The rotator cuff muscles in the shoulder girdle are:

  1. Supraspinatus

  2. Infraspinatus

  3. Teres Minor

  4. Subscapularis

We recommend no more than 2 sets of 10-20 repetitions on each side.
